For a chance at loving you I'd take it all away

Unbranded blouse, Sugar Lips Apparel skirt (c/o), American Apparel leather belt, Unbranded flats (similar here), DIY bracelets, Unbranded satchel (similar here and here)

When I first saw the Easter Sunday skirt on Sugar Lips Apparel , I immediately knew it was the piece that I wanted to review. This skirt is great for colour blocking first-timers -- it takes all the work out of it! I did notice that the lowest colour block portion is actually a dove gray rather than the mint green that is portrayed on the website. The skirt measures 13 inches at the waist and 17 inches in length. It originally sat lower on my hips than what I usually like, but the problem is easily fixed with the addition of a belt. While the skirt is 100% polyester, it is fully lined and on the slinkier side, which means it hangs off the hips in just the right way. I went the neutrals route in this outfit post, but I can't wait to pair this skirt with more vibrant tops!

YOU HAVE THAT SKIRT!!! It's one of my wishlist items from Sugarlips and it's nice to see it on an actual person :) Love how you wore it with a muted-color shirt and added a pop of green with the bow flats :D

Hope you had a great long weekend ;)
