I got misty eyes as they said farewell

Zara leather jacket, Joe Fresh blouse, American Apparel riding pant, Dexter Kylie wedges (from Payless), Alexander McQueen silk scarf, DIY bracelets, Balenciaga RH City bag

Every time I wear this scarf I can't help but smile for two reasons. One, because I've been lusting after this beautiful piece for a long time and I can't believe it's finally mine! Second, because PN absolutely hates it, but he still bought it for me anyway as a belated Valentine's/birthday gift because he knew that it was what I really wanted. I'm pretty sure that's the definition of true love!

I'm not sure if you guys are aware, but I always try to provide links to the pieces that I'm wearing whenever I can (you can access this by hovering over the outfit description). I just wanted to let you guys know that I will now be using rewardStyle to link some of my outfits, but only when applicable. I don't receive any commission when you click on the actual link, but I will receive a small one if you purchase the product through my provided link.  Obviously you guys have the option of copying and pasting the product in to Google and search it yourself if you are not comfortable with with this idea. I promise my feelings won't be hurt! I just wanted to disclose this bit of info to you guys because I believe in being honest and upfront, especially because a lot of things can be easily misconstrued in the online blogging community.

To end on a fashion note, I've been pretty obsessed with DIY bracelets lately (so much so that I actually spent an entire Saturday night making them) and the coupons from Michael's aren't helping! Here are some that I have tried, and others that I want to:

5. LifeAnnStyle's chain friendship bracelet

Any other tutorials that I should be trying? I'd love to hear what other DIY tutorials you guys have stumbled across!

Never thought to knot a scarf to make a bow. And just how did you get the bow to look so perfect? Lovely!

I can only ever do small bows! Anything larger and it turns into a hot mess, haha.
