I'm asking twenty one questions and they're all about us

I recently purchased these ALDO pumps with its beautiful crochet overlay and chunky wooden heel. I was browsing the website, and the model on the front page was wearing these and I instantly fell in love. They look totally cute with socks on too, which is a bonus! I would style these with patterned ankle socks rather than these H&M knee high ones, which is all I have at the moment.

One slight problem... The size 7s (which I'm wearing in the photo) are a tad too tight, while the size 8s are a tad too big. The 7s pinch a bit under the ankle bone (which I can fix by loosening the buckle), and they feel like they'll pinch my pinky toe if I wear them for longer periods. I've always said that you should never buy something if it doesn't fit, but I just couldn't help myself! What do you guys think? Keep the 7s, go for the 8s, or just return?

i would stick with the 7's especially since they'll stretch out over time most likely.. especially if you wear them with socks!

new follower! would love for you to drop by and visit my blog sometime and follow me too! :)

Keep the 7s. If you're worried about them being a bit too tight, put them in the freezer and after a night or so, walk around in them for an hour while wearing thick socks. That might stretch the fabric a bit...

7s, i'm sure they'll loosen up if you keep wearing them. 8 will be way too big!

they are cute, would be a pity to return them but i would say return. don't get something just because it seems like it's your only choice, i'm sure you'll run across something similar in the near future but with a better fit! either way, it's your decision

They look sooooo CUTE!! Are they comfortable to walk around in? I know they say, "no pain, no gain"...but think of how your poor feet will ache at the end of the day. If the pain is tolerable, keep it! But think about the health of your feet. I know some old ladies who have to get foot surgery because they wore high heels when they were younger and it overstressed their feet :/

If you really really like these, keep the 7. However, for me, if they don't fit, i would return them. And on a side note, I'm not sure if you bought these at regular price. HOwever, if you do see them on sale, i would just get them. To pay at regular price for something that does not fit properly would break my own heart. Just my opinion.. great looking shoes though!

That's a hard question. It really depends on how tight they are. If it's just slightly uncomfortable, I'll keep them and just wear them for dinner dates or something similar, oh and bring those bandages too just for emergencies haha. If you can't even stand wearing 2 hrs in them, then return them :) Cause I know being in a bigger shoe (especially a heel) really sucks.... actually they might not be that bad since these are t-straps... so they'll cling on to your feet, won't they?
