I know you're leaving in the morning when you wake up

15 minutes of cardio on the treadmill
3 sets of 8 clean and press w/ 10 lb dumbbells
3 sets of 8 seated tricep extensions w/ 15 lb db
3 sets of 8 bicep curls w/ 10 lb db
3 sets of 12 squats w/ 18 lb body bar
3 sets of 10 lunges w/ 18 lb bb
3 sets of 15 lower back extension machine @ 70 lbs (can't remember what it's called LOL)
3 sets of 20 bicycle crunches
3 sets of 5 extended leg sit ups w/ 6 lb medicine ball
2 sets of 20 mason twists w/ 6 lb mb
2 sets of 5 leg lifts

I have to ask my legs permission to go up/down stairs. ): Sometimes, they refuse, LOL. A good start, but my reps are all over the place! Hopefully it will only be a few weeks or so until I'm back to my A game.

You know what I hate, that happens at the gym! Is when you are exercising on a machine working out hard and a buff guy comes along thinking because he's so buff he has first dibs on every machine even if it’s already in use. What would you do if a guy asks you if he can use a machine you are clearly not done with? Maybe this only happens in Los Angeles where people have very little manners sometimes.
